形態特徵

• Rhizomes short-creeping, 10-15 mm thick, with large, lanceolate, clathrate, subentire scales.
• Fronds close together, 60-130 cm long, pinnate; stipes 15-30 cm long, rather slender, stramineous, densely scaly near base, bearing small scales at apex, especially in the grooves; sterile blades lanceolate, 40-80 cm long, 15-30 cm wide, with 6-15 pairs of lateral pinnae; lateral pinnae narrowly oblong-lanceolate, 10-15 cm long, 1.5-2.5 cm wide, crenately lobed with finely denticulate margins, with a prominent tooth in each sinus between the lobes, the bases of pinnae rounded to truncate, subsessile; costae prominent, the lateral veins less prominent, smaller veins forming areolae, with or without included veinlets.
• Fertile fronds with fewer and more distant pinnae; pinnae linear, 4-10 cm long, 5-10 mm wide, obtuse to rounded at apex, entire.
• Sori acrostichoid.

分布

• 台灣 : Growing in the dark ravines of forests.
• 世界 : S. China, Indo-China, Vietnam, Japan, the Ryukyus.
